Monthly Group Sessions

Hosted on Zoom, An ongoing, nurturing space for caregivers seeking clarity, grounding, and support.

The Caregiver’s Heart offers a collective space for individuals navigating the emotional, relational, and practical realities of caregiving. These sessions are designed to support those caring for family members, loved ones, or others they attend to, whether that care is ongoing, intermittent, or complex.

How Group Sessions Work

Linda leads with grounded caregiving wisdom resourced from her own intensive practice and lived experience. Through thoughtful guided curriculum, each session responds to what participants are facing in real time, so that support stays relevant and time-sensitive.

The sessions offer actionable tools that help cultivate clear action, relational skill-building and self-trust. The group format helps participants learn from others in a collective environment, thus fostering accelerated growth.
